This juice was a great pick-me-up after having one of those weeks, where nothing seems to go right and the weather still can’t seem to make up it’s mind. It was super refreshing, fruity and green (the best!).
Pineapple green juice is probably my favourite kind of green juice. So sweet. Kind of hurts your tongue sometimes but still worth it. I didn’t expect it to go well with ginger, but let’s be real, everything goes well with ginger.
This made enough for 3. If I had a better juicer it would probably make enough for 4! Wash, peel, and chop.
- 2 bunches of kale
- 3 celery stalks
- 3/4 of a pineapple
- 1 lemon
This juice is seriously packed with potassium. I should use kale and pineapple more often, because they’re both loaded with potassium, calcium, vitamin C, vitamin A, and traces of other minerals like magnesium and folate. Total super-juice. I won’t go into detail about how good ginger is for you (again) but let’s just say, definitely add it because it’s delicious and so great for your body. This juice is also good for your heart, immune system, eyesight, and bones. 10/10 would recommend!
